1. Health at the Time of Adoption

🐾 Veterinary Exam: Every puppy undergoes a thorough health check by a licensed veterinarian before going to their new home.
🐾 Vaccinations & Deworming: Puppies are up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming as per veterinary recommendations.
🐾 Health Records: You will receive a complete medical record detailing vaccinations, deworming, and any treatments administered.
🐾 Health Certificate: A signed health certificate from our veterinarian will be provided as proof of the puppy’s good health at the time of adoption.

2. 72-Hour General Health Guarantee

✔ You have 72 hours from the time of adoption to have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian.
✔ If any serious, undisclosed health issues are identified within this period, you may:

• Return the puppy for a full refund.
• Exchange the puppy for another of equal value, based on availability.
  ✔ Any veterinary costs for the initial exam are the buyer’s responsibility.

3. One-Year Genetic Health Guarantee

We guarantee your puppy against life-threatening genetic or congenital defects for one year from the date of adoption. Covered conditions include, but are not limited to:

👀 Severe hereditary eye disorders

✔ If a covered condition is diagnosed and confirmed by a licensed veterinarian, you may:

• Return the puppy for a replacement of equal value.
• Receive reimbursement for veterinary expenses related to the condition (up to the original purchase price of the puppy).

4. Two-Year Extended Genetic Guarantee (Optional)

✔ If you maintain your puppy on a veterinarian-approved diet and follow all health protocols, we extend our genetic guarantee for an additional year.
✔ Proof of compliance may be required in the event of a claim under this extended guarantee.

5. Lifetime Support

At Pitbull Smiles Daily, our commitment doesn’t end when you take your puppy home. We offer lifelong support for health, training, and general care to ensure your Pitbull thrives in their new home.

Conditions & Exclusions

🔹 Routine Care: The buyer must provide regular veterinary care, including vaccinations, deworming, and parasite prevention, to keep the guarantee valid.
🔹 Documentation: Claims require a written diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian, along with supporting test results.
🔹 Non-Covered Issues:

• Minor, treatable conditions such as worms, coccidia, or giardia, which are common and easily treated in puppies.
• Illnesses caused by improper care, neglect, or injury after the puppy leaves our care.
• Any health issues resulting from environmental factors or accidents.
  🔹 Refund/Replacement Limitation: Reimbursement or replacement is limited to the original purchase price of the puppy.
